1. Agreement
By using CallFlag ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
CallFlag helps you transcribe calls in your browser, flag moments, and generate summaries and follow-up emails. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing it before sending or acting on it.
3. Recording consent
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding recording and transcribing calls, including obtaining consent from other participants where required.
4. Plans & billing
The free plan includes 3 calls per month. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to abuse the system, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt it.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallFlag is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
