The short version: Your call audio is transcribed on your own device and is never uploaded to or stored by CallFlag. We are designed to be compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and GDPR-aware.

1. What we process

Live transcription happens entirely in your browser using your device's built-in speech engine. Audio is never sent to us. When you click "Generate", the text transcript and your flagged notes are sent to our server solely to produce your summary and follow-up email, then discarded after processing — we do not persist transcript content.

2. Account & billing data

If you subscribe, our payment processors (Razorpay for INR, Stripe for USD) handle your payment details under their own security and compliance. We store only the minimum needed to manage your subscription and issue a GST-compliant invoice.

3. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (aggregate page views and feature usage). We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing privacy@callflag.app.
